OBISPADO APARTMENTS

A mix-use complex, located in a very steep site, erupts from the «Cerro del Obispado» (Obispado Hill) in search for the best views of the city.

The uniqueness of the site, called for a concept in which the program was lifted from the ground, creating a powerful public space. The circular form was chosen over a square one due to its increased perimeter, generating breath-taking vistas.

With an area over 100,000 sq ft, the program consists of 28 apartments and 250,000 sq ft dedicated to commercial and retail use.
